What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.  We will select a carrier based on what will deliver your goods the fastest.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

International Shipping 

Do you ship outside the US?

At this time, costco.nassifmdskincare.com does not ship internationally. Only to the contiguous US.
 

Returns

Return Policy

We are confident our products will help improve the overall health and appearance of your skin.    If you are not completely satisfied, you may within 90 days of receipt of your order, return your purchase for a refund by contacting customercare@drnassifskincare.com

  • We will refund the purchase price paid for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been heavily used.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
  • Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for NassifMD® to receive and process your return.
  • Products must have been purchased directly from costco.nassifmdskincare.com.
  • We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retailers. For returns purchased through these channels, please contact those retailers directly.
